Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

For each video program you order, you must inform our support department within 4 days of your order. After this period, no refunds will be possible.

THE SHARING OR RESALE OF OUR DIGITAL PROGRAMS IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN AND SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.


For your product to be returned, it must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods cannot be returned. For example, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept personal care or hygiene products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.


Other non-returnable items:

* Downloadable software

* Certain health and personal care products


To finalize the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.


In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted: (if applicable)

* Any video item that has been viewed more than 30% of the total content will not be eligible for a refund.


Refunds (where applicable)

Once we have received and verified your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your return has been approved or refused.

If approved, your return will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.


Late or incomplete refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially registered.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is sent.

Sale or promotional items (where applicable)

Only regularly priced items are returned. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be returned.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace items that are originally defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange yours for the same item, please email us at:

Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned product. Once the returned product has been received, you will be mailed a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver sent the order with the intention of returning it to you at a later date, we will send them a refund and they will be informed that you have returned their gift. .

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your product. These are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are sending a product worth more than 75$, we recommend that you use a tracking service or arrange transport. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned product.
